
Never discredit your gut instinct. You’re not being paranoid. Your body can pick up vibrations, some better than others, and if something deep inside you says something’s not right about a person or situation, trust it.

True, especially in the medical world in which treatments can be life saving or life improving or the opposite. But do I do keep in mind that maybe I do not have enough information YET or that my doctor(s) don’t. I look at the bad gut feeling like this—either go with it immediately or TAKE time to understand and get more knowledge. Going through this right now and learning all I can about “what ails me” so I will not be so paranoid anymore. Still some, but better……….
