  1. This is the truth!!!
    I am going through the most painful, hurtful and unexpected thing in my life and I just can’t understand. All I do is constantly think and blame myself and think of all of these things constantly and can’t snap out of it. My thoughts are causing me to be depressed and hopeless. I need to find a way to get out of my head.:(
