You will make it.

“Breathe. All of the times you felt this anxious and this overwhelmed. All of the times you felt this level of pain. And remind yourself how each time, you made it through. Life has thrown so much at you, and despite how difficult things have been, you’ve survived. Breathe and trust that you can survive this too. Trust that this struggle is part of the process. And trust that as long as you don’t give up and keep pushing forward, no matter how hopeless things seem, you will make it.”

  2. Such a sobering thought. Yes I feel I have been through a lot. Maybe not as much as some, but sometimes more than others. I have felt so very overwhelmed and sometimes like I just can’t go on anymore. Yet here I am – still here – – Still feeling so very lonely, but I have survived and still keep trying to carry on. Having worked in mental health, I know that life is a journey that won’t always be easy and we should never give up. I also believe in God, although I may have strayed from him. Yet, in the middle of all of the mental health issues that I have been battling, all of the knowledge seems to go out the window. I struggle against “me” – my own worse enemy. I know the road I have to travel to get back will be hard, but a road I must travel if I want my life back…

  6. Very inspiring and encouraging. Thank you for posting this, it helps. To Teresa, Melba, Gloria and Siti, let’s keep on believing that everything will end in God’s time. He listens to our prayers and will show us the way, for like all of you, I am in the same predicament as you are. Let us pray for each other that we may surpass the misery that we are all into now. I’m here for you.
