  1. It’s easier to focus on negativity in our lives but the true strength comes when you can simply over look it, focus your time and energy into all the beauty in the world. Focus on the kindness of others rather than how destructive people can be. It’s all about making the switch you will automatically see results. I did it and now I’m even writing letters to people of my past who I’ve had issues with. Not going to send it out just into the void sending emails to myself but addressing the person or people I would like to forgive and say thank you too. It’s truly remarkable the way it made me feel at peace again. Try it for yourself! May everyone find happiness in the little things and give thanks as often as possible. Thank you for listening
