I think the point he was trying to make is that it’s healthy for those who spend a great deal of time with other people, whether it’s with their family members, friends, or whoever, also needs to spend some quality time alone with themselves so as to get in touch with who they are and to recharge their soul!

    But, no person is an island and so therefore shouldn’t be alone ALL the time!

  2. Theres a big difference between ‘being alone’&’being lonely’! Sometimes just being ‘by yourself’ can aid in finding out who you really are&what you want from life…Dont you agree?
