  1. Sometimes however you get so tired to the point that you have no control on your thinking. You get tired while “fighting” your own thoughts.

    1. asloura – Thoughts are only thoughts. They do not have to define you. Quit thinking then sit and watch your thoughts go by. Say: Thank you for sharing but I don’t agree. You’re the boss. I love you. You’ll be okay. If you’re tired rest. You WIN. ;0) be well.

Hmmmm…..the brain is the key here.Some ppl have the capability of “manipulating”&using their brain to advantage.Those ppl are the 1s capable of “distracting” /persuading thoughts in a positive manner.Unfortunately & its also medically true…..some poor folks suffer from mental illnesses& weather its mild or severe….”thinking” is not under their control,hence leaning to negative thoughts.Who in the right mind would deliberately think negative??……if i could i would just b positive,believe me.
