The battle is in our thinking.

The first place we lose the battle is in our own thinking. If you think it’s permanent then it’s permanent. If you think you’ve reached your limits then you have. If you think you’ll never get well then you won’t. You have to change your thinking. You need to see everything that’s holding you back, every obstacle, every limitation as only temporary.

Hmmmm…..the brain is the key here. Some ppl have the capability of “manipulating”&using their brain to advantage. Those ppl are the 1s capable of “distracting” /persuading thoughts in a positive manner.Unfortunately & its also medically true…..some poor folks suffer from mental illnesses& weather its mild or severe….”thinking” is not under their control, hence leaning to negative thoughts.Who in the right mind would deliberately think negative??……if i could i would just b positive, believe me.
