Stand up for yourself.

Learn to love yourself enough so that when someone enters your life that treats you negatively, you can stand up for yourself and have the strength to let them go. You can learn that it is okay to say no to anyone who is not willing to treat you with the love and respect you not only want, but also deserve. Have the courage to walk away from anything that does not serve you well. Search for your highest good. — Unknown

  1. Loving oneself is the first thing we should teach our children. Especially im some races
but we aren’t speaking about a people so I’ll address myself and how I had to teach myself to love me as a younger handicapped woman I didn’t like myself so much so that I wouldn’t look at myself in the mirror
That Changed once I began to change myself
I went back to school began to look at myself in a different way and deciding that I loved myself and it didn’t matter that I was born differently and that nobody was perfect and that I was not the only person that was handicapped I realized I loved myself just the way I am and I M a beautiful person inside and it shows on the outside
Loving yourself first then you can love other’s.
