I’ve spent years beating myself up for walking away from jobs where i worked hard to move up and make great money but didn’t feel happy, valued or fulfilled. I’ve spent most of my life trying to fit the mold others thought was my path. I’m faced with yet another tough decision in my career and I realize that walking away shows far greater strength than taking the easiest, most comfortable path… staying.
