This is nothing else but the truth.
This uplifted me today. I have been having bad days lately fighting through physical pain.
Today was a very bad day, thoughts about death all day, red lines still running down my arm from testing how sharp the knife was, how hard would I need to press. Doses of wisdom from helplines called before I did something utterly stupid. And then this post right before I try to escape into sleep. Thank you for getting it.
