It’s okay

It’s ok to be upset. It’s okay to be angry. It’s okay to feel stuck. It’s okay to feel confused. It’s ok to feel lonely. It’s okay to feel hurt. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to not be okay. Above all, be kind to yourself and refuse to let negative feelings trigger you to waging war on yourself.

  1. Thank you for that, in a day&age when altogether too many folk take tablets so they don’t feel anything…To feel up&to feel down is human&as you say, its okay just so long as we are feeling something!
