I notice everything. I mean everything. I notice when the way someone talks to me starts changing. I notice the little things that people do, and the little things they used to do. I notice every single little detail. I just don’t say anything.

I’ll share my inner thoughts: This is Empathy. Is a fusion of synchronicity among space and time. Now – add plants, add animals, add planets, places… Now, time and space came. Use Einstein’s relativity…of time. Now, Act. Just…don’t loose YOU in the processes… We (empaths) are prone to slowly loosing focus on Self (inner core within, a bundle of “hashtag #inner_mine” feelings, visions, ideas, senses etc. and a bundle of “hashtag #outer_notmine” gets mixed in the ongoing process – they flow through us simultaneously. If we loose ‘ourselves’ then we’ll start, ignite a circle of anxiety, depression, addictions… And it can…reoccur..if we go too far with self-neglect. Why? Well, I think that, unlike non-empaths, we do not have a “self center”, an inner ego. We are what we feel – a part of everything including ourselves. Thank you for this simple statement -> post.
