Missing someone isn’t about how long since you’ve seen them or the amount of time you’ve talked to them. It’s about that very moment when you’re doing something and wishing they were right there with you.

I had a client that I trained 6 days a week, for three years. He was my first client everyday, so it was like a ritual I’d drink my coffee along side him while instructing him through his workout. He often used humor to get through his workout and brought a lot of joy to my day.
We recently lost him to an illness and my mornings feel empty. I find myself laughing often remember the things he use to say. I know that he’s in heaven stirring up the same kind of laughter, but I miss him dearly.
May God watch over him, until we meet again.
