I love you but I’m mad.

“I love you but I’m mad at you is one of the most freeing, important things you can say in a stable relationship or in a friendship. To know that you have the ability and the right to be mad at someone and know that it doesn’t mean things are over, that it doesn’t mean things are irreparable. That it just means I’m mad, but I still love you. I love you but for now, I need “alone” time until I cool off.”

  1. Yes I do believe that is an amazing feeling to know you could say that and all is ok. I think you have to have a very good relationship for that though, somehow I don’t think most are ok with that. Not deep enough, not trusting enough. That’s it, not trusting enough.

  2. Who hasn’t had an argument that got very heated&needed time out? Know that you are entitled to feel angry, know that you are entitled to get angry, know that you can be angry but that doesn’t mean you don’t love the person that you do…Thats called a relationship!
