Healing first.

I know I should relax take it easy but then you start to feel useless and when I do do things i over do it and I am flat on my back for a week. When you are used to being strong it is so hard to realize At this time i just can’t do it. Thankyou you made my day. Sometimes it is easier to hear the truth from a stranger.   2. Thank you I love this. It is so true we feel like we need to be productive all the time. Sometimes you need time off and to just be kind to ourselves. I am going to print this out and keep it. Sometimes a day of chick flicks that make me laugh and cry are just what I need.

  3. Crying does more than just help you to face&greive for a relationship (or whatever it is your sad about), think about the cleansing to your eyes! They will sparkle after the tears&thats life really!

  4. Yes. I do. I thought I was doing wrong by crying or reading a book. Maybe I was supposed to do something else.. Guess I am doing right way and it’s gonna be ok
