“And no matter what anybody says about grief and about time healing all wounds, the truth is, there are certain sorrows that never fade away until the heart stops beating and the last breath is taken.”

I lost my only son, 21, to rabies when he was studying at IIT Delhi in 1994. It is my ever-bleeding wound. Neither he returns nor I depart. When will I get peace? Why me, why?

Lost my mother to cancer in 2010. My sorrow is always there. Never realized the impact of a parents death till I lost her.

We mourn the loss of all departed souls known to us. But, it is very bad when it is a member of the family with whom we have been so close for so long. My sympathies……

No matter how much you’ve done for someone we love you,you always question, was it enough, could I have been better, taken more time, listened harder, did they know how much they were loved? My mother passed last week at 95 the most loving Mother I could have wished for. I pray she knew how much I loved her.
