  2. That is why I learned to use Mindfulness as a tool,Paul and Denise, and to pump up my spiritual beliefs (for me God) as well. We cannot and should not have to endure some things alone, but it happens. I know agony. I know pain. I really know anxiety and fear. On my cell phone I have an app called Mindful….. it is short and simple….but it helps me take a few moments break and relax as much as possible. Also, it is suggested that we do this mindfulness and relaxation (aka breathing – one of the best) regularly just as if they were prescribed daily. When I am in survive mode, I gather my tools that I have practiced with and start using them. Sometimes we do not survive; you are right. But the getting to there could be a bit better if we do our best to add some good things to the journey. I am not at all a super star at this, but I know it helps.
