I love ❤ these SPECIAL QUOTES on here especially the BREATH YOU’RE GOING TO BE OKAY, I can soo relate 2 this cause I have suffered all my life with SEVERE PANIC ATTACKS AND DEPRESSION AND I HYPERVENTILATE, have been alot better over past couple of years but I used 2 feel really bad and people would always say 2 me to be aware of the way I breathe ? ?
