It’s a shame when you let go of those that you can trust with ou life and end up keeping or adding people that you can’t trust to do anything that doesn’t benefit them in some way. I have learned to be more selective with trust and if someone earns my trust I will fiercely protect them because they are just to few and far between.
It sure is a shame! It’s because you have have been diagnosed with CPTSD, Depression, and Anxiety in the order that is listed, no matter how ridiculously you try to deny it!
When your poor judgment and decision-making is wrong, and you trust the ones who abuse or have abused you over the years, but you trash the ones who treat and or have treated you gently, you deserve to experience the pain and humiliation you have given to the ones whose only fault has been to be kind towards you. 💛
