Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, M.D.  (July 8, 1926 – August 24, 2004) was a Swiss American Psychiatrist,  a pioneer in near-death studies  and the author of the groundbreaking book “On Death and Dying (1969), where she first discussed her theory of the five stages of grief. 

 

 

I’d like to dedicate this quote to my late aunt Veronique. She was one of those beautiful people.

  1. This is such a powerful statement…..I lost my 19-year old son on March 9, 1987. Elisabeth Ross’s work was very helpful to me at that time. I have had a LOT of loss and disappointment in my life and I can honestly say that it has made me so much more resilient and understanding. At my age, I have learned that in life you cannot depend on anyone but yourself to be happy.

  2. It is good to listen from u, but… still people make u so suffer, that u fell stumble… I mean to say, we should move within concise limits by scaling and measurements.
