I have both and flip flop between them. My husband is divorcing me because I couldn’t keep the house clean enough. I guess I didn’t care enough. I’ve lost most of my friend because I quit calling them and don’t want to go out anymore. I take an anti-depressant and used wine for anxiety, but of course that just led to more depression. It was a vicious cycle, but at least now I’ve backed off the wine. Thanks for posting. It helps to know there are others out there like me.
