Hang on to your anger for dear life. It is what preserves you. It is there for a reason. When you are compromised it is what tells you to stand up for yourself until you feel comfortable again. Never, never let go of anger!!!! See it out completely. It is a trick to control you to tell you your anger is bad for you. Never believe it. It is your best and sometimes your only defense in life.

yes commenter Cynthia- holding on to anger for a while is okey…because there is a reason for us to be angry over someone, over something…we just pray that that anger be not for a longer time for it poisons our mind….we pray for a forgiving mind and heart… we pray for a forgiving soul after a moment of justified anger…
