To encourage you to keep going.
To remind you to be strong.

You don’t need anyone’s affection or approval in order to be good enough. When someone rejects or abandons or judges you, it isn’t actually about you. It’s about them and their own insecurities, limitations, and needs, and you don’t have to internalize that. Your worth isn’t contingent upon other people’s acceptance of you — it’s something inherent. You exist, and therefore, you matter. You’re allowed to voice your thoughts and feelings. You’re allowed to assert your needs and take up space. You’re allowed to hold onto the truth that who you are is exactly enough. And you’re allowed to remove anyone from your life who makes you feel otherwise.

      HI Mischette,
Yes you can. Look under the quote (poster image), you will see some social icons. They are in order: a little F (in blue) for facebook
A little bird (for twitter) – A red P for Pinterest – A red G+ for Google plus – A blue T for Tumblr – a little envelope for email option- and last there is a + sign that opens up another window for more options.

If you click on the little blue F, a window should open up. You now have the option to forward that poster to your facebook wall or you can even send it to a friend’s wall. Look on top where it reads: “Share on timeline” click that!

      Hope this helps you!, Brigitte

I deal with this every day, although when I remember I have Christ in me working through me. I discover I am enough. When people reject or criticize you it truly is their own problem rather than yours. Thank you for posting this it was very helpful. Love you.
