“You must make a decision that you are going to move on. It wont happen automatically. You will have to rise up and say, ‘I don’t care how hard this is, I don’t care how disappointed I am, I’m not going to let this get the best of me. I’m moving on with my life. You must make up your mind that no matter what comes your way, no matter how difficult, no matter how unfair, you will do more than simply survive. You will thrive in spite of it.” Joel Osteen.

There is nobody else who will decide it for you…but you and you alone….it is always said that it is easier said than done….right but it is only by God’s grace that everything is possible…..

People don’t always like what I’m about to say, but it’s something that’s been important for me to remember in my own life, so here goes… For me, it’s not always the case that “I will thrive in spite of it,” when I’m dealing with a difficult or negative experience. In some instances, it’s those events that are particularly hard that teach me how to persevere, or allow me to be more compassionate because they are so different from what’s previously happened in my life, or that deepen and strengthen my faith in the face of something that causes me to grow… I guess what I’m trying to say is that yes, we are always affected by the events in our lives and the world around us… but it’s not necessarily true that *all* of the effects are negative even when what we’re dealing with is particularly difficult.
