To encourage you to keep going.
To remind you to be strong.

“Forgive anyone who has caused you pain or harm. Keep in mind that forgiving is not for others. It is for you. Forgiving is not forgetting. It is remembering without anger. It frees up your power, heals your body, mind and spirit. Forgiveness opens up a pathway to a new place of peace where you can persist despite what has happened to you.”

This is very reasonable, because it is so!
If you can, you’ll get better. But it is much better, if you do not have to forgive.

Who is responsible for my pain? The greatest pain is that of love. How could I blame for this pain, someone I love? I´m responable for my pain. The pain is winds in self-compassion, self-disappointment …. a struggle that I lead alone with myself. But I can only win, for I will be bigger and stronger. Forgiving yourself for your own inability is often the right way.

still no question as I hope that everyone forgives me, I will forgive too because this is the way to find peace. I do not remember that I did ever not forgive someone. And commentator Petya you are right, you and your hopes and dreams are worthy. We are worthy to forgive and fight!
