Don’t let this world make you bitter. Don’t let the actions of other people turn you cold on the inside. Certain things happen that hurt us, people come that leave us, and most of all there are moments when you’re bound to fall. Don’t let those things make you unkind. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to be sad. But it’s never okay to do other people wrong just because you were done wrong. We’re human. We break. We make mistakes. But don’t let pain and sadness run your life. Wake up in the morning and do what you think is right. There are moments in your life where you feel like giving up and you can’t take it anymore. It’s okay. Breathe. Inhale. Exhale. But the things that show your weak side are also the same ones that make you stronger in the long run. It’s all about taking whatever life throws at you and learning from it.

    So true.Life is really weird,one minute we all are happy,the other minute we are said.People spend most of their time cribbing about the life they are living instead of being grateful that they have one.People in this world are not bad,its the thing and the behavior that makes them look and sound bad but there people in this world who are good as well so it is a part of life..we shouldnt depend on others for making us happy,instead should on our happiness because if you are not happy from the inside, you cannot make as well as see others happy..For more info you can read this as i have shared about my personal experience http://www.sevenswag.com/reclaim-your-power-dont-depend-on-others-for-your-happiness

    So True! Trying to Train my Brain to think this way…Meditation can be difficult when your mind is so busy! But have to be kind to myself or is doesn’t work!
